But don't expect everything to run perfect. Design and build the roller coaster that you want to ride, while also managing financials, guest experience, and park expansion. For Mac OS X, you will also need the pic image library. Before you compile, you must install command-line utilities (make, gcc, etc.). On Mac OS X Lion or newer, install XCode from the Mac app store, then go to XCode, and use 'Preferences/Download' to install the command line tools. Planet Coaster includes three different modes: Sandbox, Challenge, and Career. In Sandbox mode, your task is to build your own theme park on an empty plot of land. The challenge mode is like the previous mode, but with added difficulty because you need to take into consideration the funds. In the career mode, you take the role of a theme park manager. You have to complete different tasks. For example you must finish building a roller coasters or hire janitors.
You have to know that in Planet Coaster, every park guest is an individual with own thoughts, emotions and also preferences. Each of them will explore the park with their own interest, so you must build attractive rides to keep them entertained. The game lets you create landscapes and play with nature. So you can rise mountains, even form lakes and create an island in the sky. It is time to use your imagination to design your theme park.
