What is Asteroids 0.1? Asteroids is one of the first Macintosh games, made in September 1984, and remains a classic even today. Many games were using this even older arcade game concept coming from a decade before the Macintosh. To start the game click the mouse. Firing is accomplished by either using the Mouse or the 'B' key. Turning counter-clockwising is done using either the 'Z' or '<' keys. Clockwise movement is controlled by the 'X' and '>' keys. Your jets are controlled with the spacebar. Use the 'D' key to turn off all friction. Use the 'S' key to immediately turn around. To quit hit the 'Q' key during a game. There may be more keys so look around. Don't use the 'L' key.
